Whether you’re new to a mind-body practice or an experienced practitioner, we’ve got options for you. All students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and only do what is appropriate and kind for themselves in each class.
Classes are arranged here from least physically active to most physically active with Weekly Classes first and Specialty Classes below. Individual class prices are listed with each class. Multi-class pass information can be found on the Pricing page. All classes are included in Unlimited Passes.

Weekly, Pop Up, & Community Classes
Weekly Classes are 60-75 minutes, held on the same day and time every week and form the base of a regular practice. Pop Up Classes are also 60-75 minutes but are held occasionally. They are all 3 credits each ($15 for a single class).
Community Classes are 60-75 minutes, held on the same day and time every week and are 2 credits per class ($10 for a single class).

Candlelight Simply Sound
Simply Sound uses a variety of sounds with various musical instruments in order to create a relaxing, meditative experience.

Restorative Bliss Yoga
Sink into a practice of supported restorative postures that allow the body to release tension and stress. Guided breath work encourages both the mind and body to let go and just be. Leave feeling calm, collected, and ready for the weekend!

Community: Chair Yoga
Need a stretch but don't want to sit on the floor? Chair Yoga is great for people who have limited mobility for any reason. It is absolutely possible to improve balance, flexibility, and strength without getting down to the floor! Standing poses are optional.

Tai Chi and Qigong
TAI CHI (Taijiquan)
Practiced by millions of people worldwide, Tai Chi is a system of training with martial origins which has steadily gained popularity in the West. Tai Chi is an excellent mind/body exercise, integrating internal kung fu, meditative awareness, Taoist philosophy and physics of efficient movement. Consisting of a series of movements and steps, it is practiced slowly, with attention to relaxation and calm spirit.Scientifically verified benefits:

Literally, the study and practice of energy development, Qigong claims similar benefits as Tai Chi. The movements are somewhat less complicated than Tai Chi, and some of the training takes place while the participants are standing still (sometimes known as Standing Meditation). Many students enjoy practicing Qigong as a supplement to their Tai Chi training.Weather-permitting, these classes will be held outside. Meet at the studio first!

Yoga for Any Body
Move and breathe at your own pace.
Bodies of all shapes, sizes, and abilities welcome. Appropriate for beginners. Class usually begins on the floor, includes standing poses and movements in the middle, and returns to the floor at the end of class. The focus is on stress relief and soothing the nervous system.
Chairs and other props are available to help participants get down to and up from the floor.

Somatics and Sound
Students are guided through accessible movement options designed to increase awareness, release tension, and support regulation. You’ll be invited to move in a way that feels supportive to your body while live music and sound are layered in to deepen relaxation and presence. Move, pause, or rest at any time

Yin Yoga is a meditative practice of long-held poses that target fascia, ligaments, and joints. Poses are typically held for 3 to 10+ minutes, encouraging deep relaxation, increased joint mobility, and mental stillness.

Gentle Flow Yoga
These are active but slow and gentle yoga classes. They emphasize connecting breath with movement and moving mindfully.

Community: Vin-Yin Yoga
Vin-Yin combines the dynamic practice of Vinyasa Yoga with the deep stretch of Yin Yoga! Vinyasa yoga focuses on the lengthening and strengthening of the muscles while Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Expect a slower flow practice that will ease you into the longer holds of Yin Yoga.
Participants should be able to get down to and up from the floor unassisted. This is a beginner-friendly class, and experienced yogis will love it too!

Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow Yoga is a basic vinyasa flow that allows time to explore the poses while cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and calm.
Participants should be able to get down to and up from the floor unassisted several times in an hour. This class is wonderful for active beginners and also experienced practitioners.

Strength-Balance-Flexibility
In this fitness-based class you’ll spend equal time on strength, balance, and flexibility. Use your bodyweight to build strength. Light hand weights are optional for those who want a little more challenge. See what happens when you focus on breathing while standing on one foot. Move into some basic stretches and watch your body open and create more space. This class is a nice complement to a yoga or Tai Chi practice.
Suitable for all levels of experience. Beginners are welcome! Participants should be able to get down to the floor and up again unassisted.

These active, all-level classes emphasize connecting breath with movement, encompassing sun salutations and warrior sequences. You may sweat!
A basic knowledge of yoga is helpful, and participants should be able to move down to and up from the floor many times in an hour.

Specialty Class: Exploring Yoga's Roots with Shaila
Shaila Amin will continue to answer the following questions: What is the Bhagavad Gita? What are the Yoga Sutras? How are they linked, and how do I incorporate them into my yoga practice?

Specialty Class: Sound with Reiki
You'll be able to sit or lie down in a comfortable position while Christy Williamson plays singing bowls, guitar, drums, rattles, chimes, and other instruments. Reiki Master Karen Sonnenwald will provide 6-10 minutes of Reiki to all participants.

Specialty Class: Exploring the Breath
Led by Jason Woehlke, a teacher with advanced training in the lineage of TKV Desikachar, this class is for people struggling with breathing, holding their breath unintentionally, gasping for air, as well as for difficulties with anxiety and depression. It is suitable for any body and will incorporate a gentle mix of standing, sitting, and lying postures before returning to a seated position to try a few pranayama (breathing) techniques that will lead into a short meditation.

Specialty Class: Self-Myofascial Release + Yin Yoga
Learn self myofascial release techniques with Lynne and leave with the tools to help create better well-being. Using balls and blocks, we can encourage and enable tissues in the body to let go. We'll end with 45 minutes of Yin Yoga, a practice that targets the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
