Whether you’re new to a mind-body practice or an experienced practitioner, we’ve got options for you. All students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and only do what is appropriate and kind for themselves in each class.

Classes are arranged here from least physically active to most physically active.

  • Sound Healing

    Candlelight Simply Sound and More

    Simply Sound uses a variety of sounds with various musical instruments in order to create a relaxing, meditative experience.

    Sound with Mindful Journaling: Tap into flow, self-awareness, and creativity, using a combination of journal prompts and entrancing sound.

    Candlelight Simply Sound: Come rest, reset, and rejuvenate.  Your only job is to relax as you immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound.

  • Reiki

    Candlelight Sound with Reiki

    You'll be able to sit or lie down in a comfortable position while Christy Williamson plays singing bowls, guitar, drums, rattles, chimes, and other instruments. Reiki Master Karen Sonnenwald will provide Reiki to all participants.

    Leave feeling nourished and rejuvenated!

    Per popular request, we will be making our own Magic Wands! These fabulous wands will be decorated to suit your color palette with lots of beads and ribbons dangling off of them. If you have a hot glue gun + glue, please bring that with you, along with any charms that you want to add to the dangles.

    Painting Faces

    For this lesson Consie will share how to break down a face into the proper placements. Consie will then guide you in painting a face or 2 using those placements. She’ll also show you how to ignore or exaggerate them. This is NOT a realistic portraiture class. This is a mixed media lesson in faces Consie’s way.

    Sunday, October 12:
    Blackout Watercolor Pages

    Starting with a loose watercolor background, Consie will show you how to use stencils and easy sketches to block out parts of the page—creating fun shapes and designs as you go! You’ll finish by adding doodles and details to bring your artwork to life. Optional: bring your art journal with you!

    Grid Journaling

    Let’s explore grid journaling—a simple way to fill your page with small blocks of art. Using watercolor, collage, and stamping, you’ll create a collection of mini moments that come together as one playful spread. It’s a great way to loosen up, try new ideas, and enjoy the process—no pressure, just play! Optional: bring your art journal with you!

    All of the art classes are beginner friendly and any necessary supplies are included!

    Restorative Bliss Yoga

    Chair Yoga

    Need a stretch but don't want to sit on the floor? Chair Yoga is great for people who have limited mobility for any reason. It is absolutely possible to improve balance, flexibility, and strength without getting down to the floor! Standing poses are optional.

  • Yoga for Any Body

    Yoga for Any Body

    Move and breathe at your own pace.

    Bodies of all shapes, sizes, and abilities welcome. Appropriate for beginners. Class usually begins on the floor, includes standing poses and movements in the middle, and returns to the floor at the end of class. The focus is on stress relief and soothing the nervous system.

    Chairs and other props are available to help participants get down to and up from the floor.

  • Yin Yoga

    Specialty Class: Yin Yoga and Breathwork

    Restore and balance your energy with the cooling practice of Yin Yoga.

    Experience a deeper stretch as the nervous system is soothed and the connective tissues soften. We'll use breathwork (pranayama) techniques, as we explore our Yin Yoga practice.

    Yin is a meditative practice that involves holding poses for 3-5 minutes each, allowing the connective tissues time to soften and lengthen. Most poses are done in a seated, kneeling, prone, or supine position. Participants should be comfortable being on the floor.

  • Tai Chi

    Tai Chi and Qigong

    TAI CHI (Taijiquan)
    ​Practiced by millions of people worldwide, Tai Chi is a system of training with martial origins which has steadily gained popularity in the West. Tai Chi is an excellent mind/body exercise, integrating internal kung fu, meditative awareness, Taoist philosophy and physics of efficient movement. Consisting of a series of movements and steps, it is practiced slowly, with attention to relaxation and calm spirit.

    ​QIGONG (Chi Kung)
    ​Literally, the study and practice of energy development, Qigong claims similar benefits as Tai Chi. The movements are somewhat less complicated than Tai Chi, and some of the training takes place while the participants are standing still (sometimes known as Standing Meditation). Many students enjoy practicing Qigong as a supplement to their Tai Chi training.

    Weather-permitting, these classes will be held outside. Meet at the studio first!

    These active but gentle yoga classes are 100% the best way to start your day! They emphasize connecting breath with movement, and every class ends with meditation time.

  • Flow Foundations Yoga

    Flow Foundations Yoga

    Build your yoga practice on a strong foundation! These classes focus on the basics of flow yoga, allowing you to create a safe and sustainable practice. Expect a scalable class that is appropriate for both beginners and more experienced practitioners.

    Participants should be able to get down to and up from the floor unassisted. There is a full flow practice at the end of class, which involves moving down to the floor and up again several times.

  • Strength Balance Flexibility

    Strength-Balance-Flexibility

    In this class we'll spend an equal amount of time on three aspects of our yoga practice. Use your bodyweight to build strength. Light hand weights are optional for those who want a little more challenge. See what happens when you focus on breathing while standing on one foot. Move into some basic stretches and watch your body open and create more space.

    Suitable for all levels of experience. Beginners are welcome! Participants should be able to get down to the floor and up again either unassisted or with assistance from a chair or other prop.

    Slow Flow Yoga

    Slow Flow Yoga is a basic vinyasa flow that allows time to explore the poses while cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and calm.

    Participants should be able to get down to and up from the floor unassisted several times in an hour. This class is wonderful for active beginners and also experienced practitioners.

  • VinYin Yoga

    Vin-Yin Yoga

    Vin-Yin combines the dynamic practice of Vinyasa Yoga with the deep stretch of Yin Yoga! Vinyasa yoga focuses on the lengthening and strengthening of the muscles while Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. This is indeed a "happy hour" for your body!

    Participants should be able to get down to and up from the floor unassisted. This is a beginner-friendly class, and experienced yogis will love it too!

  • Vinyasa Flow

    Vinyasa Flow Yoga

    These active, all-level classes emphasize connecting breath with movement, encompassing sun salutations and warrior sequences.  You will sweat!

    A basic knowledge of yoga is helpful, and participants should be able to move down to and up from the floor many times in an hour.

  • Vinyasa Flow

    Specialty Class: Vinyasa Flow

    For students with some yoga experience, this all-levels Vinyasa Flow class invites you to deepen your connection to movement, breath, and inner strength.

    Not suitable for absolute beginners. Familiarity with names of poses and taking one breath per movement is necessary to get the full benefits from this class.

  • Power Sculpt Yoga

    Power Sculpt Yoga

    Vinyasa Flow Yoga meets strength training in this class which combines faster-paced Flow Yoga with power poses and additional non-yoga cardio. Think about this as a Level II Strength-Balance-Flexibilty class.

    ​Light 1-5 pound weights are available for extra strength-building.

    ​Prerequisite: ​At least 4 Vinyasa Flow classes.
